What is the difference between using Clipchamp with a work account versus using Clipchamp with a personal account?
Clipchamp can be used with personal accounts via the Clipchamp app for Windows 10 or Windows 11 and in the Edge or Chrome browser.
Clipchamp is launching for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Premium and Business Standard accounts and will be available on the web via integration points in OneDrive, SharePoint and more.
When can I access Clipchamp with my work account?
Accessing Clipchamp for work accounts will first roll out in Targeted Release in the coming months - speak to your administrator about inclusion in this group.
Where can users with work accounts access Clipchamp?
Clipchamp can be accessed through several entry points. Some are available right away, others will get added over time; Microsoft 365 App Launcher, Clipchamp Start Page in Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Create New Page, on the web within OneDrive and SharePoint by clicking "New".
Will I be able to move projects created in Clipchamp for personal accounts into the work version?
At this stage it is not possible to transfer any projects created with personal accounts to a work account.
Does accessing Clipchamp with work accounts have all the features currently found in Clipchamp with personal accounts?
Not all features found in Clipchamp for personal accounts are yet launched for those accessing Clipchamp with a work account. Examples include: Brand kit, Stock video, audio and images, Text to speech, Automatic captions or subtitles, Advanced titles and annotations.
Availability of these features will be announced in the Microsoft 365 Admin Message center that your administrator has access to, and on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
